Customer success.
Growth strategy.
People, first.
8+ years building the systems, relationships, and processes that turn new users into loyal ones. I've done this across 300+ cities, onboarding and coaching global networks from scratch. Remote-first. Detail-obsessed. Genuinely people-driven.
Work that made a difference
The problem wasn't that members didn't care. It was that the platform hadn't given them enough reasons to stay connected. I mapped the drop-off points, dug into the data, and ran targeted re-engagement outreach to find out what was actually going on.
From there, I built a community newsletter programme: consistent, useful, and worth opening. Then I added in-person meetups across multiple cities. Those weren't feel-good extras. They gave us direct access to qualitative insight we couldn't get any other way: what was frustrating people, what made them proud to be part of the network, what the platform was missing.
We came out with stronger engagement metrics, a richer feedback loop, and a community that actually talked back. The content and connections from those meetups fed directly into retention and growth strategy.
Before making any decisions, I went back to basics. I reviewed their track record, analysed feedback patterns, and had a direct honest conversation. What I found wasn't someone who didn't care. It was someone who had developed habits that weren't landing well with the people they served.
We worked through it together. I gave specific feedback, not the vague "try harder" kind. We role-played scenarios. I shared what high performers did differently. I followed up consistently and held the standard.
Within months, the ratings had turned around. From borderline to consistently strong. That kind of turnaround doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone willing to invest time, be honest, and genuinely believe the person can do better.
I designed an end-to-end onboarding and training programme covering everything from pre-start preparation through to first milestone achievement. The goal was simple: nobody should feel lost or unsure of what to do next, regardless of where they were or what language they worked in.
I mapped the full journey, built the materials, created checkpoints and quality gates, tested it across different market contexts, and refined it until it held up consistently. The result was a programme the team could hand to a new joiner and run without reinventing the wheel each time.
Time-to-readiness dropped. Early performance outcomes improved. And for the first time, we had something scalable. A system, not a series of ad hoc introductions.
I owned a portfolio of client accounts across Google My Business, social platforms, and business listing directories. My job was to make sure each client's online presence was accurate, active, and working hard for them.
Beyond the maintenance, I developed content strategies tailored to each client's goals and audience. Some needed visibility, some needed conversions, some needed both. I tracked what was working, reported on results, and adapted the approach based on the data.
When technical issues came up, I didn't just log a ticket and wait. I worked directly with the engineering team to get things resolved fast, because a client's problem is your problem until it's fixed. That mindset is something I've carried into every role since.
I designed and ran structured experiments across sourcing platforms and outreach channels, testing, measuring, and iterating to identify which channels produced the best quality candidates at the best conversion rates.
The findings weren't just filed away. I embedded them directly into repeatable team workflows so the right channels became the default, not a one-off insight. This reduced wasted effort and improved the quality of people joining the network across multiple markets.

About me
I started in marketing, building brands, running campaigns, figuring out how to get people's attention. But the part I always came back to was what happened after the sale. The follow-up. The relationship. Whether the person actually got what they came for.
That instinct led me into customer success and growth. I like the messy, human part of the work: figuring out why someone went quiet, what would make them feel seen, how to build a process that holds up even when you're not watching. I've done that across global networks, in multiple languages, across time zones I've never visited.
I'm also someone who gets genuinely excited about building things. Not just executing. Designing the system, running the experiment, finding what works, then making it repeatable. Whether that's an onboarding flow, a community programme, or a recruitment channel strategy. I want to understand the whole picture.
I thrive in remote-first environments. I've been doing it long enough that it's not a selling point. It's just how I work. Clear communication, disciplined async habits, and a bias toward action.
Outside of work: travel, Scrabble, cooking, and a deep appreciation for any team that actually cares about their customers.
